La ex estrella infantil Adam Wylie fue arrestado en California, esto después de que trató de salir de la tienda sin pagar por un montón de cosas.

La policía de Burbank le informó a TMZ que el equipo de prevención de pérdidas en la tienda Target local vio a Adam el viernes 13 tomando productos de salud y belleza de un estante y los puso en un carrito de compras con algunos otros artículos.

Dicen que Adam luego se dirigió a la zona de auto-caja y solo escaneó algunos de los artículos de su carrito antes de tratar de salir por la puerta. Una vez que salió del edificio fue abordado por la seguridad de la tienda y escoltado de nuevo en el interior.

Se nos dice que los artículos recuperados por un total de $108 y la policía de Burbank llegó poco después, citando a Wylie por hurto antes de liberarlo.

Cops believe they’re zeroing in on the man suspected of going on the shooting rampage in Maine … because his home is surrounded by law enforcement vehicles, drones and helicopters.

The wild and tense scene is playing out at the Bowdoin, ME residence of alleged gunman Robert Card, and cops believe they’ve seen some movement in a window of the home. Police are shouting commands out over a loudspeaker, telling Card — or whoever’s inside — to come out and surrender.

At this point, cops aren’t confirming there’s definitely someone in there, but they’re taking every precaution.

The huge police presence includes armored vehicles and drones in the air. It seems pretty clear, they have no intent of sending officers into Card’s last known residence, and will instead try to encourage any individuals inside to come out with their hands up.

As we reported … Card was captured on surveillance cameras during Wednesday night’s massacre — when he opened fire inside a bowling alley and then a bar, killing 18 people.

Card got away, and a huge manhunt ensued all day … forcing authorities to instruct residents in several towns to shelter in place.

Meanwhile, folks have been buying up guns left and right … and Pete Davidson and John Mulaney have postponed their upcoming weekend comedy gigs in Maine.

Card has a military background — he enlisted over 20 years ago in the Army Reserve — so, law enforcement’s taking a slow and careful approach outside his house.

Suzanne Somers‘ husband, Alan Hamel, penned a heartfelt poem to his ailing wife in her final hours … and she was able to read all about his love for her the night before she died.

Alan gave Suzanne the touching words Saturday night — Suzanne’s publicist R. Couri Hay told People she read the poem and went to bed, later dying peacefully in her sleep.

Hay says Alan gave it to her “a day early,” so it likely was a present for her birthday, which would’ve been Monday.

Alan, a film producer, lists in all caps, the many ways he uses the word “love” in his daily life — from emails to his family, to shows on Netflix, and even about “A GREAT MEAL.”

However, Alan says nothing comes close to the love he has for his wife of 46 years … adding, “THERE IS NO VERSION OF THE WORD THAT IS APPLICABLE TO SUZANNE AND I EVEN USE THE WORD APPLICABLE ADVISEDLY.”

He goes on, saying there is hardly anything in the world that can fully encapsulate his feelings for her — writing, “I’LL TAKE A BULLET FOR YOU DOESN’T DO IT. I WEEP WHEN I THINK ABOUT MY FEELINGS FOR YOU.”

He says they’ve been together for 55 years, being married for 46 and they haven’t spent, “EVEN ONE HOUR APART FOR 42 OF THOSE YEARS.”

Alan ends his touching note, saying the best way to describe the fire between them is simply, ‘US’, UNIQUELY, MAGICALLY, INDESCRIBABLY WONDERFUL ‘US.’”

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have struck a deal in their divorce case — and it sounds like they’re both on the same page.

As we reported, Joe and Sophie were hashing out the terms of their divorce during 3 days of mediation last week.

There is a prenup, so it looks like assets were not a big issue. The bigger issue, of course, was child custody. Sophie wanted the kids to live with her in the UK, and Joe wanted them to stay with him in the U.S.

According to settlement docs, obtained by TMZ, “an amicable resolution on all issues between them is forthcoming.” Translation — they’re super close to signing a settlement.

In the meantime, they have agreed to a temporary child custody agreement. Under the terms, the 2 kids — ages 1 and 3 — will be with Sophie from October 9 through October 21. During that time, she’s allowed to travel with them to the UK.

On October 21, Sophie must return with the kids to the U.S., where Joe will then take them through November 2.

The kids will then go back to Sophie until November 22. Joe gets them on that day and will presumably spend Thanksgiving with them.

The kids go back to mom on December 16, where they will stay until January 7. So she gets them for XMAS and New Year’s.

Bill Maher did not hold back Friday night, calling comedian Hasan Minhaj a shady liar.

The ‘Real Time’ host ended his show worrying that the concept of truth has become relative, and Exhibit A is Donald Trump, making wild claims and then simply declaring them to be true.

He then broadens out and says both sides — the left and right — are guilty as charged. As Maher puts it, the right pushes conspiracy theories and the left embraces “emotional truth.”

BM then takes aim at Minhaj, and there’s more beef here than in any happy meal.  Minhaj accused Maher of saying Muslims should be rounded up and incarcerated — something Bill has never said.

Maher then references a New Yorker story, which calls Minhaj out for making up stories for his act. Specifically, Minhaj says he asked a girl to the prom and at the last minute her parents said she couldn’t go because he was a person of color. False, says the New Yorker.

And then there’s the story of the FBI hunting Minhaj down and throwing him against a car because they thought he was a terrorist. Again, false, says the mag.

Minhaj told the New Yorker, emotional truth is first — factual truth is secondary. Not so, says Maher … not at all.

Corey Feldman says his studded leather jacket from “Dream a Little Dream” was stolen during a recent gig … again … and the former child star is hellbent on getting it back.

The “Goonies” star says he was performing Sunday in New Jersey when someone went backstage and swiped the jacket right from under his nose.

Corey says he’s furious someone would have the audacity to steal what he considers a “sacred artifact from his life” … and he says he’s feeling sad and hurt, in part because it reminds him of his late friend, actor Corey Haim.

It’s the second time this wardrobe item’s gone missing … as we reported, it was stolen in 2011 while Corey was hanging out at the House of Blues in L.A., only for it to resurface years later at a Boston flea market, and ultimately make its way back to Corey.

This time, Corey says it was stolen from Homestead Bar & Kitchen in Morristown, NJ … and he’s offering a $1,000 reward for any info about the incident or the jacket’s whereabouts.

Corey’s worn it in movies like “Dream a Little Dream” and “The ‘Burbs” … as well as for a guest appearance on “Married With Children,” and he says he’s worn it onstage at every one of his performances ever since.

DC Young Fly‘s partner Jacky Oh! died from cosmetic surgery complications, but the doctor who operated on her won’t be charged with any crimes … TMZ has learned.

The Miami Police Department tells TMZ … the medical examiner ruled Jacky’s death accidental, and homicide detectives will not launch a criminal investigation.

As we reported … Jacky flew to Miami back in May for cosmetic procedures, and she was prescribed medications after the procedure. Jacky then got a headache, went back to the surgeon for a post-operative appointment, decided to get a massage to alleviate her pain and was advised to swap some of the pills she was taking.

According to the ME report, Jacky then began to feel her head “burning” and she had difficulty speaking. A family member called 911 but Jacky was unresponsive before first responders arrived, and she was ultimately pronounced dead at a hospital.

The autopsy report noted Jacky had swelling in her brain and extensive bleeding of the skin around her torso.

In a since-deleted social media post before her death, Jacky said she was in Miami for a “mommy makeover” with Dr. Zachary Okhah.

Dr. Okhah released a statement shortly after Jacky’s death, though he didn’t directly address the situation … instead saying his office “remains devoted to the highest quality medical care.”

The doc added … “All aesthetic procedures are performed in a hygienically safe environment to universally recognized medical standards.”

Home Depot says Tyrese Gibson is lying about racism in his $1 million lawsuit against them … and they say there’s video evidence backing them up.

Home Depot just responded to Tyrese’s lawsuit … pushing back against his claims of racial discrimination on the part of their cashiers.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Home Depot claims Tyrese came into their store and brought a bunch of items to the cash register, where the cashier scanned everything. HD says Tyrese then went back for more shopping, leaving the register for 25 minutes and forcing the cashier to clear out his transaction.

It’s a different story from Tyrese’s original complaint, where he claims a computer glitch caused the delay. He also said that because of the alleged delay, people started recognizing him and, feeling uncomfortable, he went to the parking lot instead of staying around to oversee the transaction

Tyrese claimed he told the cashier his two helpers would finish the purchase with his credit card and said she understood his instructions before he left the store … and said he was told he could go wait outside and she would finish the transaction.

Home Depot claims their surveillance shows Tyrese did NOT speak face-to-face with any of their cashiers.

Remember … Tyrese also claimed he got on FaceTime with a cashier from outside the store and authorized her to complete the transaction his partners were trying to make, but he claimed she wouldn’t let them pay for the items with his card until he came back into the store to show his ID.

But, according to Home Depot, the cashier simply asked Tyrese for ID and said FaceTime wasn’t good enough and that he had to physically come back into the store to show ID.

HD says surveillance footage shows Tyrese coming back into the store and getting into a heated discussion, which ends with him showing his ID and the cashier completing his transaction.

Tyrese told us it was hard to sue Home Depot because he’s a longtime customer and the store is like his Disneyland … but Home Depot says they don’t know how long he’s shopped there and aren’t sure how much he’s spent over the years — Tyrese claims it’s close to $10 million over 2 decades.

Joe Jonas seemingly found some comfort in his brother, Nick Jonas … grabbing dinner in the night before his estranged wife, Sophie Turner, slammed him with a lawsuit over the custody of their kids.

Two-thirds of the Jo Bros were at The Waverly Inn in NYC Wednesday night — and Joe seemed to be deep in conversation with Nick as they dined.

BTW, this spot is a couple blocks away from where Sophie was hanging out with Joe’s other ex, Taylor Swift, the night before … so they’re still close to each other.

As we reported, Sophie claims Joe is illegally keeping their 2 kids in New York and wants them brought back to England, as laid out in an explosive lawsuit she filed Thursday morning.

Sophie says she agreed — “with some hesitation” — to let the kids stay with him while he was touring in the U.S. because she was working on her time-consuming series overseas, but that agreement was supposed to last until September … when she would “collect the children and return home to England.”

She even cited an international treaty that deals with child abduction across country lines … so she’s keeping pretty serious about getting her kids back to her.

In response, Joe’s rep issued a lengthy statement … saying Sophie’s wishes would violate an order that restricts both parents from relocating the children,” also reiterating that he’s open to sharing custody with her if she moves to England full-time.

Bijou Phillips is showing more signs her divorce from Danny Masterson is more a legal matter, and less a personal one — because she’s still rocking her wedding band.

BP was still wearing her bling Tuesday in Los Olivos, CA … stepping out of a real estate office the day after she filed papers to start the divorce process.

It’s obviously interesting, wearing your ring the day after calling off your nearly 12-year marriage — and it fuels speculation that the split is purely strategic.

BTW, Los Olivos is in Central California’s Santa Ynez Valley, and Bijou and Danny own a home and farmland there.

As we reported, Bijou wrote a letter of support for her husband only weeks ago, ahead of his sentencing of 30 years to life … pleading for the judge to give him a light sentence, saying he’s a “life-saving” father who’s always looked out for others.

She also was reportedly wailing in the courtroom when Masterson was found guilty in May, so her turning around and filing for divorce less than 2 weeks later came as a shock … at least, on a personal level.

Bob Barker‘s cause of death has been revealed as a result of Alzheimer’s disease, TMZ has learned.

According to his death certificate, obtained by TMZ, the 99-year-old ‘Price Is Right’ icon suffered from Alzheimer’s, something he’s never addressed publicly before. It’s unclear exactly how long Bob battled the disease, but the docs say his death came “years” after his Alzheimer’s began.

You’ll recall, Bob also suffered multiple falls over the years — he had minor battles with skin cancer, and took 2 trips to the hospital for issues with his back in 2018.

For those unaware, Bob — who has been a vegetarian for over 4 decades — teamed up with PETA back in 2013 to highlight the benefits of the diet, saying giving up meat can help prevent the onset of the brain disorder.

TMZ broke the story, Bob’s rep told us he died peacefully at his Los Angeles home on August 26 … and his passing has been met with an outpour of love across the globe.

CBS thanked Bob for “making countless people’s dreams come true” for decades on “The Price Is Right” … and PETA said his longtime involvement with the org cemented him as “a national animal rights treasure.”
