Harrowing body cam audio has emerged following Garrison Brown‘s suicide last month … documenting the moment cops discovered the body of the “Sister Wives” star.

In the audio, Flagstaff PD officers enter Garrison’s apartment, where they discover the reality TV star deceased in his room. One officer notes he moved a gun found on Garrison’s lap so medics could get access to the body. However, he mentions the weapon was unloaded when he moved it, suggesting someone else touched the gun before they arrived.

The cop asks someone to alert the medical examiner. Garrison was long deceased when his body was discovered. While it appears to be suicide, no note was recovered.

One bullet casing was recovered, however.

The officer notifies Garrison’s roommates about the TLC personality’s death. Unfortunately, one roommate, Cheyenne, learns the news during a phone call.

She breaks down in tears, sharing with the officer she heard something like a pop the night before … but didn’t realize it was a gunshot. Cheyenne recalls Garrison confiding in her about his struggles with alcohol. She says regretfully … “I’m sorry I didn’t check on him last night.”

Garrison’s other roommate, Addison, also learns about the suicide over the phone. Addison is audibly upset, and also shares Garrison was struggling with alcoholism and depression.

According to Addison, Garrison was intoxicated the night of his suicide.

Garrison is survived by several brothers and sisters, as well as mom Janelle and dad Kody.

Angie Harmon‘s beloved beagle Oliver was shot and killed by a deliveryman over the weekend, and cops have already concluded he was justified, but they won’t say why.

TMZ has made repeated calls to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Dept., asking them why they concluded the deliveryman acted in self-defense, but all they said was, “… a delivery driver arrived at the residence to deliver consumable goods. The driver told officers that a dog attacked him while he was at the residence and that he defended himself by firing a single gunshot, striking and mortally wounding the dog.”

The police told us the case was closed, but they refused to release the deliveryman’s statement or alleged injuries. They would not provide any specific narrative as to what the dog did to show aggression or why it was self-defense.

Angie’s lawyer, John Buric, tells TMZ, her 2 dogs were outside in the front of her house when the deliveryman arrived. Angie was upstairs putting food in the squirrel feeder and her kids were in the backyard, when they heard a gunshot.

Buric says Angie and her kids rushed to the front of the house and found Oliver lying there in a pool of blood. Buric says Angie told him the deliveryman was “braggadocious,” repeatedly saying, “Yeah, I just shot your dog.”

Angie insists the deliveryman had no rips on his clothes, no scratches and no bite marks. Buric says he knew Oliver and the dog was friendly and docile.

The “Beverly Hills, 90210” star called Dean on her “misSPELLING” podcast, and everyone could hear her end of the convo. She says he was working when she hit him up, and dropped the news she had filed. She kinda minimized it at first, saying the filing was just a formality, but then it got real.

Tori said it was only right she file first because he talked about sex and other intimate details in their marriage to the Daily Mail. It’s clear she was angry he had done it, and — although you only hear her end of the conversation — it seems Dean wasn’t happy she beat him to the courthouse punch.

As for why you don’t hear Dean … well, it’s a crime in Cali to secretly record someone, so instead you just heard her voice.

In new court documents, obtained by TMZ, a judge ruled against the reality TV stars, granting Ally Bank the right to repossess their Range, after the bank sued BB and KZ in December for failing to meet the terms of their sales agreement.

The judge issued the order Wednesday … making the 2019 vehicle immediately available for repossession.

The ruling comes 3 months after the bank sued the Bravo celebrities, claiming they failed to make the $1,903 monthly payments on the car — which was mainly driven by Brielle. But Kim and Brielle were both named in the lawsuit, which stated they owed $83,969.35 on the car.

It’s no secret the family is experiencing money problems … with multiple lawsuits currently pending and the IRS coming after Kim and her estranged hubby, Kroy Biermann. The couple even slashed the price of their Georgia mansion again by a million bucks back in January as they tried to dig themselves out of this financial hole.

In fact, this isn’t even the first car the Zolciak-Biermanns have had to fork over. Remember, Kroy was ordered to give back his Rolls-Royce after failing to make the monthly payment on the $400,100 SUV.

Jussie Smollett will have his day in court over his appeal of his criminal conviction — in fact, he’ll be able to make his case in front of the highest court in the land … of Illinois, that is.

The actor just scored a huge W Wednesday — ’cause the Supreme Court of Illinois ticked his case off as one they are open to hearing … in other words, his appeal to the State Supreme Court is approved, and the justices for this court will weigh in on this saga once and for all.

Remember, Jussie has been appealing his conviction pretty much ever since it came down way back in 2021 … when a jury found him guilty of lying to cops about a hate crime he claimed he’d been victim to.

Jussie was defiant after the verdict came in — and while he was sentenced to 150 days in jail … JS only served 6 days behind bars before he was sprung as his appeal worked its way through the court system.

There were some ups and downs before this big decision … as we reported, he was handed a loss in an Illinois appeals court when he first asked them to look over the case, with a 3-judge panel upholding the conviction and finding that the jury was justified in their decision.

Of course … Jussie appealed that decision, throwing a Hail Mary in hopes that the Illinois Supreme Court would hear him out — and now, they’ve signaled they’re willing to do that.

You’ll recall … Jussie’s whole argument here on why his conviction should be tossed is based on his claim that he had a deal with the prosecutors who were first handling his case, which he says explicitly stated he wouldn’t be prosecuted if he signed up for their terms.

At the time, all Jussie was asked to do was forfeit a bond he’d paid … and do community service — and he says he’s upheld his end of that bargain. Afterward, though, a special prosecutor came aboard and put him under the gun again … which Jussie calls BS.

The special prosecutor, however, said the deal Jussie thought he’d struck with the previous team did not, in fact, protect him from further charges … and he also argued double jeopardy doesn’t apply in this case. It’s all very technical, but the special prosecutor was asking the State Supreme Court to reject his bid.

Jon Stewart tugged at heartstrings when he tearfully talked about his dog dying, and folks opened up their wallets … donating 5 figures to the animal shelter he shouted out during the emotional ‘Daily Show’ segment.

The comedian got emotional Monday, breaking down over the death of Dipper, his Brindle pit bull, and viewers were so moved they started sending money to Animal Haven, the NYC no-kill animal shelter where Jon first met the pup.

Tiffany Lacey, the shelter’s executive director, tells TMZ … Animal Haven has raised almost $25,000 in donations since Jon mentioned the shelter in his tribute to Dipper.

We’re told the money’s pouring in from more than 500 new donors … and the funds will help the shelter pay for general care of their animals, plus operating support, vet care, food, staff time, and dog walks.

Remember … Jon said he got Dipper from Animal Haven about 12 years ago when his kids were raising money for the shelter … adopting the dog on the spot after being introduced. The pup was missing a leg after being hit by a car in Brooklyn.

Tiffany tells us the wave of donations is coming at just the right time for Animal Haven … she says the shelter is at full capacity with more than 100 rescue animals in their care, including 3 dog moms who recently gave birth to 20 puppies.

In addition to financial commitments, we’re told Jon’s monologue has spurred some folks to inquire about adoptions … and Animal Haven is so grateful for everyone reaching out.

Tiffany says Animal Haven’s reached out to Jon too, thanking him and offering their sympathies and condolences as he grieves his beloved companion.
