Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are lighter in their real estate portfolio, but heavier in their pockets as they just sold off their beautiful Miami home.
The two purchased the home for $11 million about a year ago, listed it for $16.995M and eventually sold it for $15M. Definitely an impressive profit over such a short period of time, but they also reportedly did some renovations on the pad, so you gotta account for that too.
The lucky owners of the 10,400 sqft home will enjoy its tall ceilings, renovated kitchen and a ton of windows to take in all that Miami sunshine.
There’s also a beautiful pool in the backyard with direct water access and a dock for any potential boaters. Carl Gambino of Compass held the listing.
Unclear why Joe and Sophie made the decision to unload the place so quickly, but they’ve got two small kiddos … so maybe they’ve decided to go elsewhere and potentially continue to expand their fam.
Joe’s on a massive tour with his brothers, so there’s gonna be plenty of cash on hand for future real estate investments.
What doesn’t kill you, makes you family. #SolarOpposites premieres August 15 on Hulu.

Korvo and Yumyulack only see the pollution, crass consumerism, and human frailty while Terry and Jesse love humans and all their TV, junk food and fun stuff. Their mission: protect the Pupa, a living super computer that will one day evolve into its true form, consume them and terraform the Earth.

There’s more evidence suggesting Angus Cloud‘s death was the result of an accidental overdose and not suicide — as first suspected — because the young actor did not write a note for loved ones … TMZ has learned.
Multiple law enforcement sources involved in the death investigation tell us Angus did not leave behind a note when he died suddenly. As we first reported, Cloud was found dead in his bedroom last month at his family home in Oakland … and an initial statement the family provided hinted he might have taken his own life.
The statement revealed Angus’ struggle after the recent loss of his dad, adding, “Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence.”
A source close to Cloud also told us he’d had severe suicidal thoughts after his dad’s death.
However, just a few days after his death, Angus’ mom, Lisa, came out denying her son took his own life, saying just the day before he died he was talking about the future, helping family members out and even reorganizing his room.
7/31/23
As we reported, the 911 call to Angus’ family home was for a “possible overdose” … and Lisa said in her statement, “I don’t know if or what he may have put in his body after that. I only know that he put his head on the desk where he was working on art project’s, fell asleep and didn’t wake up. We may find out that he overdosed accidentally and tragically, but it’s abundantly clear that he did not intend to check out of this world.”
Angus’ autopsy is complete, pending toxicology results, but without a note it appears Lisa’s theory on the circumstances surrounding how her son died are validated even further.

Selena Gomez and Francia Raisa‘s relationship is officially out of the gutter — that much is clear — but we can’t swear that’s also true for their bowling game, which they worked on together.
Selena and her one-time BFF/kidney donor hit up a Studio City bowling alley Monday night, and even hopped in the same car after their time on the lanes with some other pals.
It’s hard to say if their friendship is back to what it once was, but as we reported, it’s been moving in that direction — they were dining out together just a few days before taking on the 10 pins.

Selena and Francia hit up celeb hot spot Giorgio Baldi Friday night in Santa Monica, both looking as stunning as ever while getting in the same ride.
BTW, we aren’t sure how well their bowling went last night, but Selena shared a clip online last week of her getting a strike … so, hopefully she went easy on Francia!
Ten Percent will not be returning for a second season. The British comedy series, called Call My Agent in the UK, aired on AMC+ and Sundance Now in the US. The series is a remake of Dix Pour Cent (“Ten Percent”), a French comedy that aired for four seasons.
Jack Davenport, Lydia Leonard, Prasanna Puwanarajah, and Maggie Steed star in the series, which is set in a London talent agency as it tries to adapt to an ever-changing industry. The first season was released in 2022 and features cameo appearances from Helena Bonham Carter, Dominic West, and David Harewood.
The UK adaptation was a co-production between Amazon Studios, Bron Studios, and Headline Pictures. It was crafted and written by showrunner John Morton.
Variety said the following about the show’s cancellation:
Despite a positive reception, numerous set backs — including the departure of Amazon Studios Europe boss Georgia Brown a few months after the show’s launch, the great streamer reset over the past year and the collapse of Bron Studios last month — meant a second season didn’t have a chance to get off the ground.
What do you think? Have you watched Ten Percent? Did you want to see more of this British comedy series?

Jonny Fairplay has gone from one reality TV world to another — now, the guy’s doing wrestling gigs, except you won’t see him in WWE … try a strip club.
The ex-“Survivor” star made a public appearance last week in Johnston City, TN — where he got hired to show face (and muscle) at a place called Mouse’s Ear … where exotic dancers are normally onstage, only here … it was amateur ‘Wrestlemania.’
Indeed, you can get a sense of what Jonny and co. were up to in these videos we obtained. He’s very much playing the heel in front of the crowd, while the two “wrestlers” opposite of him — Bam Bam Bundy and Lucky Larson — are talking trash … wondering how he’s making dough these days post-“Survivor.”
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
JF didn’t take that too kindly, as it turns out … ’cause he ended up hitting both of them in the back with the strip club equivalent of a folding chair — namely, a freaking TIKI Torch!
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
It’s pretty goofy, and obviously, no one was hurt … but this is something we might start to see Jonny do more regularly. Funny enough, he actually has dabbled in the wrestling world for years now (even pre-“Survivor”) … and is a huge fan of the sport.
Unclear what promotion Jonny might be with in this instance. Maybe something like WWTT?
Good Bones is ending its run on HGTV after its upcoming eighth season. Mina Starsiak Hawk revealed on her Mina AF podcast that the mother/daughter home renovation series is ending, per Collider.
In the Good Bones series, real estate agent Starsiak Hawk and her mother, lawyer Karen E. Laine, work together renovating homes in the Indianapolis area.
The series first aired on HGTV in 2016, and season eight arrives on August 15th. In the ten episodes, viewers will see Starsiak Hawk help both of her younger siblings, sister Kelsy and brother Tad, reimagine their new homes, while the rest of the Good Bones crew take on a slew of new renovation projects.
Starsiak Hawk said the following about the decision to end Good Bones:
“It was making it really, really hard to function as, like, a normal human being, because I always felt the weight of so many other people’s worlds that I put on my shoulders. I got to a point where I think I kind of felt like… I was fighting for my life, or fighting for my family’s life, fighting for my employees’ lives, to figure something out, to find a solution, to find the next thing.”
What do you think? Are you sad to hear that there won’t be a ninth season of the Good Bones TV series on HGTV?
